Liam talks about labels in our society. He says that if you get too much into one label it becomes blocker for your joy and gratitude for everything else. They are talking about avoiding particular food or drink in diets, and the importance of mindfulness in any new habit. It may be better to ask yourself "what can I eat to feel well" while eating real food, then it is to struggle while counting calories.
Further, They discuss mindfully exercising and choosing functional fitness instead of an aesthetic one, without comparing yourself to professional athletes. It is better to listen to your body and take rests, because as Will says, "there is always the opportunity to choose a new way." In the end, Will and Liam discuss being realistic about your goals, while appreciating things that are working, instead of focusing on ones that are not.
