This week, we record sat outside in the cold after a great little surf at our local. We share how big a role expectation plays in a surfers life - and why surf forecasts are such a double edged sword! We then go onto talk about the "shit wave" police and why so many surfers are missing out on joy that's found in just surfing the waves you have (and not mind surfing the ones you don't!).
