It’s he / she who tells a good story. Why? Because it’s fun and it’s probably ego. But that’s ok because we’re all human! We delve into the banterful side of how inflated we make our “barrel stories” and then go onto dive deep into our own barrel stories and how they point to “have we had the hours of practice??!!” 

We go onto discuss board buying - with all the nuances of finance, values & taking a chance mixed into it.

In mind , body Stoke , Will shares recent challenges with his joint health and the subsequent changes to his mindset & diet to aid the healing process. 

Liam is also on the prone paddling at the moment - he shares his motivations for it with the want and desire to prolong “ surf longevity” as we age.
